Ability to format Copilot output when using Copilot Studio
Give makers the ability to format the output when building a new agent in Copilot Studio. This would be similar to how the out of the box agents like Opportunity Summary add bullets and hyperlinked text in the key info that is returned.

Allow timeline to default in the "View More" mode so all information of an email is displayed vs. adding a click to users to expand it
Currently the timeline in any app (Sales, Customer Service, etc.) defaults to show the least amount of information. Would love to be able to toggle this so it's always expanded on load so end users see the information via scrolling vs. having to click one more time to see the details.
Allow the Chart pane to be configured to be Shown or Hidden by default
By default it's always hidden and you have to click "Show Chart" to display the chart. It would be great to allow this to be configurable so if desired, we could have it shown by default, and have a specific chart defaulted in.
Customer Service User Management - Improve ability to manage queues, skills, capacity profiles, etc.
When you're managing users in Customer Service, you can add or remove up to 5 queues, skills, capacity profiles at a time. And when you select one, the list disappears meaning you have to go back in and look at the full list and scroll down to the next one to add/remove.

It would be great if I could view other users who have a record open when looking at a list. The use case is working Cases, and reviewing Cases that are not yet assigned. If I could see someone has the record open, I'd move onto a different record.
