It would be great if I could view other users who have a record open when looking at a list. The use case is working Cases, and reviewing Cases that are not yet assigned. If I could see someone has the record open, I'd move onto a different record.

If you could see initials in the list view, or if not just an eyeball icon indicating someone is on the record, that would help.

I know if you open the record you should be able to see the initials there, but this does not always work. So ultimately this would need to be fixed so it works 100% of the time from a list view AND form view.
