UUID is required by Mexican law to have in all invoices. Using Mexican localization, when initial balance customer invoice is imported via General ledger journal this UUID field is not visible neither in the general ledger journal nor in the customer invoice journal. It would be good to have UUID field enabled on customer invoice journal the same way it is enabled in Vendor Invoice.

We haven't heard this from other customers, yet, and this hasn't got enough votes for further consideration. For the foreseeable future, we are not considering the suggestion but if you find more customers that ask for the same scenario, please keep sharing the insights.
