Hello,
We have an issue where when we add a room to an appointment and sync it with CRM, the room gets removed. It is getting changed from a resource to a required attendee.
We have employees that are constantly late or miss meetings because they do not know where to go.
I opened a case with Microsoft and they said that this was working as designed.

Hello, To ensure that this issue was resolved I just tested it once more and it appears that the Location field in Outlook is now being preserved. Seeing this I am going to close this topic as Fixed. If you are still seeing issues please reply with what you are seeing (each step) and we can continue investigation. I am seeing that the room is being converted into a Required Attendee still but seeing that the Location field is left intact, people will be able to get to their meetings. Hi Tony, Thanks for the reply, if you are going to say its fixed, you should let us know what version it was fixed in. We still have multiple customers that have this issue and it is not fixed. I have a case open with MS and they said they were doing an investigation but for some reason that support engineer stopped responding to my emails. Can we re-open this instead of closing it out with out confirmation of a resolution?
