We would like to have the ability to NOT track emails automatically and only track emails that users click on the track button. We have found that the some emails are being tracked that should NOT be tracked and contain sensitive information.

Hi,
Email attachments can easily make your CRM DB grow.
That's why we get a lot of questions from our clients to be able to not track emails automatically.
That emails which go out of CRM get tracked is by design,
but the minimal option to only track emails as a reply to a CRM email is even too much.
An option None should solve this quite easily.
Even if you use queues for sending out emails and you set the incoming emails to none, replies will not get tracked, but if replies are forwarded to other users, even then they are tracked.
Please vote for this?
TIA.
Regards,
Christophe.
