We have 2 clients ask for full audit, where you can view all activities of changes/updates etc. I am aware of the User Log in System Administration, however, they are looking to view all changes made in Core HR by whom, by date/time stamped. Also, can the audit be customisable, eg some feature out of the box for high risk items ie salary and benefits and leave, ESS, Compliance then other components customisable. Thank you.
