Can we please extend the deployment status screen (or create a new one) under Extension Management page to capture these details in regards to an extension installed/published status:
* user (or if it is system generated),
* date/time and what extension (+version)
* status
when the extension got published, installed, uninstalled, unpublished?

This is needed, especially as you can delete all data when you unpublish extensions from the client in Extension Management.
You could then restore the data from backup instead of combing through backups looking for when this happened to restore the newest backup.
