Saved views for sales orders do not support call center functionality. Using call center and saved views for sales orders (soon to be mandatory feature) causes unintended warning and info messages throughout sales order entry. This should be updated to make saved views for sales orders include call center sales orders without undue interruptions.

Idea ticket suggested by support team after opening support ticket #2206140010002763 on premium support plan. This issue causes sales orders in call center to receive warning messages when entering an order with saved views enabled.

Thanks you for creating this feature request. Saved views shipped with Supply Chain management including Sales and Marketing for SCM, are shipped specific to SCM Sales and marketing usage, and are not intended to support the multipel permutations of feature configurations available. Saved views is a framework which enables to easily create and distribute new saved views specific to organizational usages.
In case you would like to request to have new saved views created and shipped by Microsoft to also support Commerce scenarios, rather than using the flexibility of the saved view framework to create them organizational specific, please create an Idea for the Commerce team.
