Whenever yo untrack an email conversation it synchronizes to Dynamics CRM.
The email is saved as an activity and then you decide to untrack it and keep the activity.
Once untracked after some time the user decides to reply to the email conversation and that reply is tracked as expected behavior, since the activity hasn't been deleted from CRM.

What we would expect is since we don't want the conversation tracked anymore, once untracked even if the activity is saved, we would like for the conversation to not be tracked.

Thanks for the suggestion. We are not investing in any new features for the Dynamics 365 app for Outlook. All our future investments will be in building Viva Sales and the future of M365 integration. We will take your feedback as we design the Save to CRM feature in Viva Sales.

Please evaluate Viva Sales and the Microsoft 365 collaboration integration and open new feedback items against those applications accordingly.
