Due to an incident with Visa Electron Debit & Maestro MC transactions not completing on D365 mPOS, the Store received an mPOS error “The specified ID was not found” when the customer inserted their cards. 


After some research, it was discovered that the error was due to a certain type of payment profile not added in D365. 


So, there is a need change the error message to be user friendly and to be descriptive since the only message displayed in MPOS is "The specified ID was not found."


For example, it can be changed to “The specified ID (enter card type) was not found. This specified card type has not been added in system” or something similar that indicates that the payment profile for the card payments is missing.

Microsoft can you look into this! These 2 incidents were transactions in the couple thousands. Please let me know if this is possible.
