Right now, when you're adding an existing Web Resource to a Solution, you're presented with a list.
This list has several views available: All, Customizable, Images, Silverlight, and Webpage.
Probably the most common type of Web Resource I need to add to any given solution, is a Script file. Why is there not a Scripts view?
As it stands now, I have to use the All view, then scroll through the 5000+ Web Resource records to find the Script I'm looking for.
Even if we do get a Scripts view, there should also be a search box, like in any generic lookup.
A lookup dialog is already used when adding Scripts to a form. Seems like adding Web Resources to a Solution could easily use the same lookup mechanism.

I would vote for this - it can be a really long list, and luckily our publisher abbreviation starts with "a", so we can usually find our stuff, but it does take a long time to load. Would be nice if we could filter by javascript, html.

Thank you for your feedback. Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.
