Outbound marketing provided the ability to export members of a Segment to Excel. Real Time marketing no longer provides this feature, which is still very much required by customers. Business scenario's we have encountered is where the business sends out physical print to customers via post. They are using D365 Marketing to segment their customer base and need the ability to export a segment to Excel and provide the list to a mailing house for printing and postage.

100% critical feature!You cannot even copy paste the list from the "members and insights" tab of a segment. There also needs to be a way to query contacts based on their segments.

In Customer Insights - Journeys, the ability to see what email addresses are being marketed to for commercial and transactional handling, at segment stage is critical for business assurance. The ability to export into excel, the segment members with email addresses, enables the corporation to validate the correct customer's email address is being targeted correctly.

We need a way to connect the segment members (e.g. contacts) to Dynamics 365. There is no ability to query. Download is a crude option but at least an option!

Yes, much needed. We use legacy systems alongside Realtime Marketing so need the ability to export segments is a must.
