Once the Credit management release workflow is activated and a new sales order enters the Credit management hold list, the user will be able to approve/reject the order from the approver’s notification list. When this task is completed (approve/reject) the user has to select an Account status reason, that is tied to Reason types of Hold or Release. What the customer is requesting is to have a real automatic release and, once this is set, it is assigned to every Sales order passed through the workflow release process.
