Provide support for specifing an Recurrence Schedule on a Job Queue Entry as alternative to Date Formula

Currently we can specify weekdays or a DateFormula on the Job Queue Entry to define recurring job queue entries.


The system application introduced a module Recurrence Schedule: https://github.com/microsoft/BCApps/tree/main/src/System%20Application/App/Recurrence%20Schedule


This enables the user to simply define a recurrence schedule instead of having to use complex Date Formulas.

Also had cases, when the Job Que was required on every last day of the month or on every second Thursday.
