Under System Administration there is settings for Personalization in the system. It is great to see that Personalizations can now be applied to security roles as that is very helpful. However, one thing that still seems to be a shortcoming is the ability to not allow users to Personalize their own views. For example, each user has a Personalization toggle but if it is selected as 'NO' then what this means currently is that Personalizations cannot be applied at all to this individual. As a system administrator, I want to be able to both apply personalizations to specific users and prevent those same users from being able to change their own views.
