When using the data export tool (Maintenance>Export Data) for accounts, if any account segment (Tools>Setup>Financials>Segment) has a single quote " ' " in the description, the process will fail with an error

To work around the issue you must change all account segment descriptions and remove any single quotes (do not rolling down the changes to accounts)
