At this moment some D365FO administrators heavily rely on DB refresh operations for debugging purposes.

The time that the operation can take is not predictable, even if the size of the database is the same, as the only indicator right now is a percentage bar that doesn't fill at a stable rate. It doesn't provide an accurate measure of the progress.

This would allow to schedule DB refresh operations more efficiently in the event that the operation is needed daily.
