We have business segments where 1 day of data far exceeds 999 records. For these segments tiles with only 3 digits are not usefull.

Found that this was isolated to the customers environment and was being unallocated during a custom reconcile procedure. This can be closed.

In addition, it would be nice to see the last database operation (AL Insert/Modify/Delete statement) for that commit. Sometimes it is unclear what exactly is being committed.

Ideally whatever status presence is used to block capacity for the Primary agent, should also be used for the Consulted Agent.If this was a setting that could be say, toggled on or off, that would be helpful for contact centre administrators.
