When we write 'Schedule Time Off' reason for a resource/person it doesn't appear on Schedule Board Calendar. It only displays a light grey color Bar for time off. It would be great if we add a description on grey bar or add a hover over text on Grey Bar.

Time Off Reason should be possible to read in the Scheduling Board. Additionally the grey bar is not very good visible, especially when a booking completely covers it.
An overlay of absence would suit you better than the current way of displaying the gray background
Due to this not sufficient solution by MS we are forced to do a work around by creating a booking for a time off request

Thank you for your feedback. We like the idea,however, we do not have this in our immediate roadmap, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.
