Hi all,

It was identified that when using a temporary record with a field of type Media, the associated Tenant Media record is not removed when the temporary record is deleted. The Company field in Tenant Media is also empty.
Also some scenarios were found where if you do a clear on the field on a new record, the related Tenant Media remains orphaned.

Since deleting from AL tenant media records doesn't seem to do anything, one solution could be:
* to keep track of the combination of the tenant media (set) record System ID and related System ID (from originating/linked record(s)) in a Tenant Media Originating Records table. This may already be implemented in the back end.
* an asynchronous job on the BC server to run every day and clear out the orphaned tenant media (&set) records, that have no related originating records in this table.
* This will keep the capacity of each tenant clean and the resources on the server optimised for other storage.
