Hard to read fields with drilldowns that are underlined

In BC 20, fields that have drilldowns are underlined with a dotted line that makes the text hard to read, especially on higher resolutions. This occurs on multiple browsers (Chrome and Firefox). Fields were underlined in BC 18 as well, but it was a regular underline that did not make the text difficult to read.
