We are facing the same problem. We are already using all 8 stages and need 9th to cover "Rejected" Projects. This stage should be settable only from "Created" projects, but should also disable/deactivate certain fields and features, similar to the "Completed" stage.

A solution with new generic "User defined X" stages would also satisfy us. E.g. like this:

ProjStatus Enum:

• Created
• User4 - (as a Rejected stage)
• Estimated
• Scheduled
• InProcess
• User1
• User2
• User3
• Completed
