Regarding upgrade to Ver 9.0, the customer uses Ver 8.2 but the Ver 8.2 instance needs to be updated until end of next January.
It's not quite enough to prepare the upgrade and there are problems that are not fixed at present.
Even though this condition, all Ver 8.2 instances need to be updated.
This action is not kind to the current users on Ver 8.2.
It would be great if the customer can choose upgrading to Ver 9.0.
It would be also great if the upgrade is delayed until the existing problem on Ver 9.0 is fixed.
