When viewing work items via Employee and Manager Self-Service currently, you can only see work items for team members within that specific legal entity. For Managers who have employees spanning across many different legal entities, they would have to change legal entity in order to see work items as they are per legal entity. The functionality within Employee and Manager Self-Service should allow you to view work items in Self-Service without having to change legal entity like in F&O.

Absolutely fundamental to any level of acceptable user experience, ridiculous that this is not part of the out of the box solution already.
