Users are able to create different Document types in D365HR. There should be a way to limit the use/access to these types when uploading attachments to certain security roles. For instance, a "Confidential" Document type should only be accessible to users with the Admin security role. This should also prevent unauthorized users from seeing the document at all on the worker's attachments since the file name may give away personal information.
