Personalization - Disable personalization in Profile per Type

At the moment it is possible to disable the personalization at profile level only in general.

It would be great to have the possibility to disable the personalization per type
- Actions
- Fields, Columns and Parts
- Filtered Views

The types corresponds to the different possibilties of clearing the personalization.

Resizing columns, arranging columns and saving personal filters should be possible apart from adding or deleting fields and culumns on pages.The adding and deleting fields and culumns on pages should be something you can allow to a few users.
