The Dynamics 365 default values are not fully language compliant, as an example if you are French Canadian and both your setup as an individual is French Canadian and your environment is based on Canadian French, the template for the date shows YYYY/MM/DD known as ANSI standards. In fact, it should be AAAA/MM/JJ

Where AAAA is année et JJ is jours. The client in Québec is gouvernement and can't comply to laws and regulations of the province...
