I would like to receive your votes for the following functionality in the production floor execution interface (PFE):

  • It should be possible for users of PFE to enter test results for quality orders generated with a route specific quality association.

  • It should be possible for users of PFE to create a non-conformance.

+1 for capturing what Henry calls 'Critical Control Points'. There are two aspects to quality needed at the PFE - quality results which will feed COA generation and measurement confirmations that operators are executing and running equipment within specifications.

Very good idea. Hope this idea makes it to the road map!

Hi Johan,

Very good idea. In addition in some businesses it is very common to enter test results on the fly, without an upfront created quality order. So I would like to add to this the option to create a quality order from PFE for an entered test result. Important is this must be user friendly with a minimum of values to enter for the user.

In addition resource related quality control, especially in food users must enter quality results related to CCP (Critical Control Points) in the process, this is not related to an inventory batch or serial number but related to a resource or department (production unit).

Very good idea ! I'm looking forward testing it !
