Customer wants to display other information on MSS/My team information than is designed by Microsoft. You can add a new field via personalization, but without labels. Also not all the fields from worker are currently available - e.g. Anniversary date. It could help a lot to a customer' satisfaction if we could personalize also employees' information displayed to managers according to what each company needs.
