When creating a vendor master, the Vendor profile tab should enable the 'Minority owned' checkbox even if the legal entity is not part of a US company.

I would extend on this request and say that Vendor profile options should be configurable by legal entity (or geographic region). You can define this configuration on vendor collaboration but not within vendor/accounts payable.If your global organisation decides to capture vendor statistics it would be expected to be uniform across regions and as such the ability to define (over and above regional statutory) should exist.
