I can't believe this has to be asked for.
Currently if a social post fails, it's like a tree falling in the woods. No one knows it failed if you don't look EVERY DAY at the Social Post section. Seriously? Then why use tech at all to schedule posts when I can post them manually and KNOW they've been posted? The only reason I use Dynamics to post is to collect social analytics which is also weak.
Our current workaround was to hire a technical intern to learn Power Automate and send a card to Teams if a post fails.
