When creating a new formula and formula version by copying an existing formula the work instructions at the formula line level to not copy over. This creates additional work for users to copy and paste the work instructions from the old formula to the new. It would be much more efficient if the existing instructions would copy over with the formula.

This would be a huge benefit to our multiple business units, and this update would positively impact many teams. Not only would it save time, but it would help prevent mistakes when creating new formulas.

New formulas often have many similarities to existing formulas (which is why they are copied to begin with). Having work instructions copy over as well will save a lot of time by not requiring the manual re-entry of all the work instructions. I anticipate this saving MANY hours of work.

Work instructions are often similar across items and versions. A copy work instruction function will save hundreds of hours for those that are constantly building new BOMs, Formulas, and Routes. The solution could be as simple as placing a checkbox, called "copy instruction," within a parameter table or within the Copy BOM/Formula/Route prompt.
