When creating a segment, the right side of the screen displays various Elements, such as tabs for Attributes, Behavioral, and others. In the Attributes tab, users can view all available fields related to the Target audience (e.g., Contact fields).
However, our customer has raised a concern about the overwhelming number of unused fields cluttering this list. While one option could be to delete these fields, we would prefer to keep them for future use. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be a way to set a global filter that would allow us to display only a subset of relevant fields.
Proposed Solution:
Introduce a global and editable filter option in the Attributes tab (and potentially other tabs) that enables users to customize the list of fields displayed. This way, users can easily focus on the most important fields without the need to delete unused ones. This feature would streamline segment creation, improve the user experience, and save time, especially for customers who manage large datasets.
