When I need (as a HR worker) check how departments and manager perform in goals and reviews I don´t have any available analytics nor data from related positions details in goals' and reviews' overview (Talent/Employee Development/ Goals(Reviews) overview. There is frequently asked question about this: "How can I check how many employees are reviews setted for (in the designated department or under the manager XY)?"
Currently there is no possibility to add a field to identify related positions' details (e.g. responsible manager, current department). The same situation is Goals as well as in Reviews agenda.
