Cloud: Increase database export limit from 10 to 31 per month

In order to access all the tables in Business Central for BI without creating many API pages, it would be nice to be able to create a daily backup of Business Central and restore it to a SQL Azure instance.

This is becoming extremely useful, we have a growing number of clients that want to query data, while there are 3rd party Azure SQL applications available they are limited. being able to have access to data that is even 24hrs out of date is better then what is currently available.
