I work with alot of SME customers who have complex needs around field services.

They need work orders, resources, a basic field service app and scheduler.

Most of them don't however need IOT, per hour pricing, complex product catalogues, agreements etc.

A simple scaled version of field service at a lower licence cost (Like Sales Professional) would catch a lot of customers that I find are presently avoiding field service due to price and complexity.
