Functionality to allocate charges after adding taxes in PO

Currently sysytem is calculating charges on base amount i.e. qty*unit price. There should be a feature to calculate charges on base amount including tax amount.

This is very much required. As per business policy, charges can be allocated on the net amount or gross amount. Multiple charges are also applicable and those too may apply on gross/net amount + another charge. This enhancement in the functionality will really make this more dynamic and useful.
