From a functional perspective, the module is ok, it covers much of the needs. But the real pain is mostly on the ease of use. For a newbie, It is not easy to understand the real process (Service Order vs Item Worksheet). It would be nice to work on it a bit to minimize the # of clicks and pages required to use the solution.

Agree with the above comments about adding the service lines to the Service Order page. This is beneficial to have an at a glance view of labor and items used.

I agree adding the Service Lines to the Service Order page would benefit daily usage of the service orders.

The current usage of the Service Lines pages (accessible from the Service Order page line menu) is rather tedious. When the Service Lines page opens, the Service Lines Filter always default to Per Selected Service Item Line. When you have multiple Service Item Lines on a Service Order, it would be nice to be able to set the option for this filter as a default setting, or have the last used option saved on a per user base.

A simple and quick win would be to show Service Lines on the Service Order page. The Service Rep have everything needed on one page. (similar to showing the Sales Price table on the Item card)
