Please implement the search filter "Not created on".

Example:

Find all accounts who did NOT open a new case in the last 3 months

Impact:

This very simple query for a human is only implementable in Dynamics 365 Sales / Customers Service by using very cumbersome techniques or 3rd party solutions. Apparently this issue is encountered by many people. 14 years later, we still do not have a simple solution.

It's time to fix this.
