It would be really useful for Report Categories to be able to be packaged as part of Solutions.

Currently adding Report Categories is an additional deployment step that needs to be done through the Administration area, once a solution has be imported.

Also, if they were part of the "solution" then they could be rolled back if the solution was deployed as "Managed".
