This is a rather strict imitation as any of our customers are deployed by a team of 3/4 persons on same time and when in support 20 different persons can connect to customer environment.
Would it be possible to enable/disable support users from CSP portal? At least this would provide a bit of flexibility so support user can enable in name user acces prior to connect to customer tenant?

In Dynamics 365 Business Central Online, the partner is working with a customer as a delegated admin. There is no limit for the number of delegated admins, which can access the customer environment. All users created in the Partner Center (CSP portal) and assigned Admin or HelpDesk Agent role, can access the customer environment. Upon login, they will be created as users in the customer Business Central environment, so all their actions within that environment will be logged under a named user.
