We want users to have access to Sandbox environments for training purposes, however we also want them to be very well aware of the fact that they are in a Sandbox environment so they do not accidentally use it for posting live transactions. In some actual cases, users have accidentally used the UAT environment for days or weeks.

In AX12, we could display users a message when they logged in to this effect, but we no longer have that capability in D365. This proposed feature would change the color of the banner at the top of the screen to a color selected by the admin as well as give us the option to display in the banner the text "YOU ARE IN THE XYZ ENVIRONMENT" (Sandbox, Test, UAT, etc.) The user specific color profile would be disabled.
