Many customers selling to distributors require the ability to incent their distributors based on incremental sales targets, where annual rebates are calculated based on reaching a set threshold. For example: Distributor sells $1MM in Year 1. If Distributor increases their sales by 50% in year 2 they get a 10% annual rebate. Therefore: - IF the distributor sells $1.3 MM in year 2 they get no rebate. - If the distributor sells $1.7 MM in year 2 they get an annual rebate of - 10% x (1.7MM-1.5MM) = $20,000.

Is a normal part of any CPG company that has National Accounts that are supported thru distributors. Their is no way to pay the customer for products sold thru a distributor

Current Rebates functionality as well as Trade Allowance merchandising events currently pay rebates back to "dollar 1." We would want the ability to define the minimum threshold value before rebates are calculated.
