Merge View Configuration

Business requested to add the columns in the merge View. Since Merge View is a managed View we are not able to do any changes. Please make the merge view as configurable.

Great idea! We would like to have this as well. Having at least the Case Number added here, would be very useful. We often merge cases that have the absolute same title. Having the case title on the merge dialog view is not enough to prevent mistakes in selecting the right case that others should be merged into.
