The dafault format for data export is currently .xlsx only.
It sure is an enhanced feature in CRM Online 7.1 in order to save some time working with data everyday.
However, I still have many customers who need CRM Online to be able to select the file format before export.

These customers have been experiencing a loss of functionality in the latest version.
Please provide options for the file format in data export available.
