Product lifecycle state blocking business processes without enabling ECM

Hello,


my idea is to make blocking business processes available at product lifecycle state without enabling ECM.

Currently this capability is only available when enabling ECM configuration key.

We would like to use independent from ECM.

Any update on this? We already have 2 ongoing projects where this is a requirement.
