We use questionnaires to prepare HR annual employee review but there is no way to directly link the questions' answers into the review. Furthermore the answers' report is only displayed in Talent, there is no download option (I imagine a Word file from the answers that we can add to the review for instance, currently it is a copy-paste...).

Thank you for your suggestion. After careful consideration, we’ve decided not to proceed with this functionality at this time. Questionnaire isn't a focus area for HR enhancements at this time. This posting is provided “as is” with no warranties, and confers no rights.
