In our organization we often have multiple instances of the same issue. In order to get a good understanding of how many times the issue has occurred we will create a new case for each instance.
It would be very helpful if there was a way to relate or link these service cases so that the user is given a list of the other related cases when accessing one of the other cases.
In other tools this is a parent / child relation where one case is the parent and others are made related children of that parent case.
This is different, I believe, then similar cases which is attempting to relate cases based on terminology.
