We just moved to Dynamics 365 using Service Orders, and this is probably the biggest complaint I get from my colleagues.

In addition, we need to have the ability to create a Service Credit Memo based on the Service Invoices lines. Similar to a SALES Credit Memo we can "Get Sales Shipment Lines" to credit the Sales Invoice lines. This should be replicated in the Service Credit Memo functionality.
