Email Template feature within Sales App has capability for Insert Dynamic text which is great.

If Email Template can also have the conditional statement capability (for an example : If contact.nickname is null then use contact.fullname) , that will increase productivity for sales users.

Right now as per Microsoft support, Conditional statement capability only exist in email inside Dynamics Customer Journey, but not in the Sales Engagement.

Please let us know if i miss anything or if there is better way to achieve this.
